GATHERING

Dear Guys...........Below are the details of the Gathering for this year.........Please view and leave your comments.............First of all......my big apology for the payment for this year as its a bit high.....but i can promise everyone will be satisfied with the service and food that we all going to enjoy on that day...........Please see below...........

Date : 19 December 2009 - 20 December 2009
Time : 8.00am
Location : Pulau Jerejak
Payment : RM200 per head (compulsory)

The payment may sound high....but this gathering gonna be a blast and this is payment per head that we are going to pay to Jerejak Resort n spa....it includes food and accomodation....Below are some details of the food that will be served on the DAY.........

Lunch On The 1st Day : Buffet Lunch (really make sure that ur stomach is empty k)
Dinner On The 1st Day : BBQ Dinner - Marinated Lamb and Chicken Wings, Dory Fish,
Spaghetti Napolitana and Seafood Ccktail (Life Band)
KARAOKE Section for all with drinks and snacks.........
Breakfast On The Second Day : Buffet Breakfast

Guys we RM100 will be spent just for the Foods which we believe will be delicious and enjoyable........Additional RM100 for the accomondation and ferry ticket and also all the fantastic activities........About the programs on the DAY....we will brief all on the DAY itself..........Guys this year is mine and Thamil.......Suraess helping me around........Me as a organizer......decision has been made and need co-orperation from all of you...
Guys important thing is we must make the payment one month in advance as it will be hard to book place there........so its better if we can pay by End of October.......

PIC : Please pay personaly to Suraess........guys need your help to pay before that day as we need to do reservation.........Hope you all understand.....guys this year programs will be difrent from previous years........Hope you guys will enjoy it.....Guys Hope to meet you all on that DAy...
